RFC Implementation Alignment Matrix
RFC-0001 through RFC-0018 are earlier Draft (v0.1.0) documents superseded by
this frozen v0.2 set; see docs/rfc-supersession.md for the mapping and the
forward-looking types folded into pwe_api (time, compat, resource,
spatial, audit) and pwe_reference (physics_ir).
This document is a release gate, not a claim of compliance. A row is Done
only when its required behavior is implemented and covered by a named test.
Partial code is not eligible for a pwe-v0.2 claim.

General-simulation direction (RFC-0047, RFC-0048)
RFC-0047 is a direction document (no frozen-contract change): it defines what "general-purpose, top-tier simulation language" means for PWE as a capability matrix and a dependency-ordered plan. Domain rows there move to Done only with a named fixture + conformance case, on the same rule as the tables above.
RFC-0048 lands step 3 of that sequence (discrete-event + hybrid core). Its own slices move to Done individually; Slice A (runtime-owned zero-crossing operators) is the first landed slice.

fft/dense linear algebra (the rest of step 5) need an array-parameter call
convention first and remain open.
Language front end
Beyond the RFC rows, pwe-reference ships a textual PWE language (reference/src/lang/,
cargo run --example language_demo): source is parsed to a WorldModel + system
declarations, compiled to low-level EIR, and run cross-backend (interpreter + CPU JIT)
through LangRuntime, asserting the two backends produce byte-identical writes each step.
Conformance case: "PWE language compile->EIR + cross-backend run".
Current rule
No test, crate, or document may use the labels conformant, compliant, or
pwe-v0.2 until every row is Done and RFC-0029 report has no required skip.
Each implementation pull/change must update the relevant row with its test name.
